So, my battery charger stopped working (no it isn’t because the cables are cut) it was working fine on my battery then started reporting the battery was flat without any reason or error code.
Took the battery to Halfords and they tested it and it said it was 100% charged and reporting an ok state.
Contacted noco customer support who talked me through a few things before issuing an RMA and asking me to cut both AC/DC ends of the unit because rerunning it would be cost prohibitive to the consumer.
Replacement is now on the way.
